Project Overview

Read Travel is a luxury transport company based in London, offering a broad fleet ranging from 9-seater minibuses to 70-seater coaches for nationwide travel. Their vehicles were of high quality with premium services, but still, the company didn’t gain any significant business. They had just launched a website and had no strong online presence, leads, or brand recognition. 

Due to intense competition in the UK transport market and with zero traffic, Read Travel approached me for help. My data-driven Google Ads strategy generated 246 confirmed bookings in just 2.5 months. That gave the travel brand the actual momentum it needed for launch. 

Challenges That Need to Be Addressed

At the time of onboarding, Read Travel was struggling with foundational issues that limited its ability to drive results online.

🔴 The website was new, with no existing search traffic or Google Ads history

🔴 The company lacked brand awareness in a saturated coach and minibus hire market

🔴 Landing pages were unstructured, had no proper CTAs and CTA buttons, and had weak user engagement

🔴 There were no intent-driven keywords in the existing content

🔴 There was no social proof on the website and it had a low trust ratio

🔴 No ad extensions were in use, reducing visibility in SERPs

🔴 The ad budget was limited, but results were urgently needed

My Google Ads Game Plan

In order to gain more leads and conversions, I built a customized Google Ads strategy and launched a campaign by on-site improvements and performance tracking, including:

🟡 I conducted an on-page audit to refine landing page structure, copy, and trust signals

🟡 I built localized Google Search Ads focused on high-converting terms like “minibus hire London” and “coach hire UK”

🟡 I optimized CTA, headlines, and mobile experience to drive better conversions

🟡 I implemented ad extensions like sitelinks, callouts, location, or more to improve CTR and engagement

🟡 I set up full conversion tracking to monitor phone calls, quote requests, and bookings

🟡 I ran A/B testing on ad copy and landing page formats to identify top performers

🟡 I executed weekly optimizations to lower CPC and improve ad relevance scores

By combining precise targeting, optimized pages, and consistent testing, the campaign delivered powerful results in under three months:
